Agnes Swiercz
Is an artist and filmmaker from Poland who resides in New York City.
She received her Master’s in Film, Video Art and Photography from the Academy of Fine Arts in Poznan, Poland, and her undergraduate degree in Art History at Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznan.
She co-wrote At the Edge of Russia, which won awards at international festivals and was nominated for Outstanding Achievement in a Debut Feature Film by Cinema Eye Honors.
In addition to her work as a filmmaker, her fine art has been shown in many solo and group exhibitions internationally.
Across all of her work, Agnes explores the internal and external conflicts that women around the world face at different stages of their lives.
